what to expect
here’s what the hiring process looks like with us. between each step, you’ll be able to view the recording of the interview and provide feedback on whether you’d like to continue. at the end, if you like the candidate, we’ll coordinate a face-to-face meeting and decide whether or not to continue.

a 15-minute initial interview to get a candidate's personal and professional background
a 1.5-hour behavioral interview to gauge culture fit with company values and team dynamics
a 2-hour technical interview to make sure that their skillset matches with the responsibilities on the position description
schedule a meet and greet with you
what you do
you'll review the profile we've sent based on the initial interview and provide feedback
review the video from the behavioral interview and provide feedback
review the video from the technical interview and provide feedback
meet the candidate, ask any questions you like, take them on a tour, its up to you

billing is easy. we can either do a fixed fee up front or a variable fee after placement. either way you get a valuable candidate placed with a 3-month replacement guarantee.
