VargasAndrews facilitated a strategy day to gain buy-in from the management team. We created a communication plan & campaign for the resulting strategy to ensure it was propagated across all levels of the organization.
Conducted stakeholder interviews and deep-dive analysis to define the business requirements and helped the client select a cloud-based ERP platform.
VargasAndrews worked with a third party to implement & integrate the selected solutions (Netsuite & Salesforce). The combined solutions automated many of the existing processes and had a significant positive impact on the bottom line.
VargasAndrews designed & implemented an organizational restructuring including the provision of a more cost-effective labor pool for around 20 staff. Short and medium-term incentive plans were rolled out to assist in the transformation effort.
